The photographs are wonderful. The interviews are very interesting and the message is so strong that it made me rethink some of my own values. I highly recommend it.
I love this book! It's written from such a unique perspective. Given that my work requires that I have picture of myself, I will bring a whole new energy after reading this book. The stories he shares are inspirational and offer us another way to look at love, life, and being photographed. Enjoy!
I meet this author recently and he intrigued me before I knew his occupation. As soon as he said he authored a book I down loaded on to my iPad. Very good reading, feels like reading yoga!
Great book and stories!
I recently purchased my copy of Click! Choosing Love One Frame at a Time by Carl Studna. I already knew that Carl was an amazing photographer. But what I did not know about Carl was that he not only captures the physical energy of the people he photographs, but through his unique format helps us to see as well, the special gifts within each of them.

The narrative that accompanies the photographs, which includes writings from the those featured, is powerful and nurturing. Anyone who owns this book will be inspired!
A wonderful book that talks about much more than getting your photo taken. It is a vulnerable and intimate portrait of a way of living and being in the world that is loving, aware and present, compassionate, open and vulnerable and completely authentic. Some great wisdom for living a richer, fuller, more harmonious life.
Along with the stunning photographs of some well known subjects, the book also has some intimate and personal stories from a cross section of contributors that are rich and thought provoking.
The personal and intimate style makes the writing very accessible, almost as if I am engaged in a conversation with the writer. I could read this book over and over again and get a lot from it every time. It already has a place on my nightstand!
Carl's book Click is a tremendous book with many great psychological insights.
I highly recommend it to anyone who has had their picture taken and either liked it or not.
After reading this book it's easier to see deeper into someone's facial expression as a mirror of their present emotional state.
Just as Carl is an expert in bringing out the best in people we all can learn to upgrade our ability to say what needs to be said to help others access more resourceful states.
